Leash walking- pulling issues

I have a Labrador 6 year old- neutered over 2 months ago. Healthy, calm but pulls a lot on walks- so much that I have developed elbow issues. Not aggressive at all.

How dogs walk depends on the skill of the handler, so here are a few pointers that can help you calm your dog down during the walk:
